5-Minute Healthy Lo Mein

OK, I haven’t had Chinese in years so I can’t say for sure but my husband said that’s what this 5-minute healthy lo mein tasted like. So quick and delicious!⁣


+ 1 cup peanut butter (sub cashew if you're peanut-free)⁣
+ 1/2 cup coconut aminos⁣
+ 1/2 cup honey
+ 1/2 cup coconut cream⁣
+ 1 tbsp sesame oil⁣
+ LOTS of fresh minced garlic and ginger ⁣
+ Noodles (I used brown rice Asian noodles)⁣
+ Veggies of choice (I used broccoli, mushrooms, cabbage, and green onions; you can use anything you have on hand)⁣


1. Blend all sauce ingredients ⁣
2. Cook noodles and steam veggies⁣
3. Combine with sauce and serve!⁣
PRO TIP: Refrigerate and eat cold. It’s unreal! ⁣
