I cook big batches of this bone broth rice throughout the week, it’s the perfect base for a yummy fall inspired bowl. Plus the spicy tahini is 🤌🏻🤌🏻 always having nutritious food on hand (and eating enough protein) keeps me feeling balanced, energized and satiated throughout the day 😋⁣

Spicy Tahini⁣
⁣
2/3 cup tahini ⁣
3/4 cup water ⁣
2 tbsp olive oil ⁣
3 tbsp sriracha ⁣
1 tsp maple syrup ⁣
juice of 1/2 lemon⁣
Salt salt salt!! ⁣
⁣
Meatballs:⁣
⁣
1.5 lb ground turkey ⁣
Salt and pepper ⁣
⁣
Jasmine rice:⁣
⁣
1 cup jasmine rice ⁣
1 cup bone broth (or veggie broth)⁣
1/2 cup water⁣
2 tbsp ghee (or olive oil)⁣
Salt ⁣
⁣
Directions:⁣
⁣
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit ⁣
Combine tahini ingredients and add salt & sriracha to your liking!⁣
For meatballs, just roll into balls and add salt and pepper⁣
Bake for about 20 minutes or until browning on the outside ⁣
For rice, combine rice, liquids and ghee and bring to a boil⁣
Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 mins ⁣
Turn heat off and leave covered for 10 mins to steam ⁣
Remove cover and add salt to your liking
