Blueberry Compote Breakfast Bowl

Big breakfast energy… this is my favorite combo of protein oats, coconut yogurt, blueberry compote (just blueberries and maple syrup sautéed until a sauce is formed) and all the toppings. See how I make it here to save and share with someone who loves breakfast bowls!


+ Oatmeal
+ Yogurt of choice
+ Blueberries
+ Maple syrup
+ Toppings of choice (I used pecans and hemp seeds)


1. Cook your oatmeal to your liking. I like to add protein powder to mine - here's how I make my oats.
2. Sauté blueberries and maple syrup until a sauce is formed.
3. Add everything to a bowl and top with whatever toppings you like. Enjoy!
