Caramel Swirl Crowd Pleaser Cookies

Who loves my crowd pleaser cookies? So how about CARAMEL SWIRL CROWD PLEASERS. As if they could get any better, right?⁣ ⁣I followed the usual recipe but added a caramel sauce.


+ 2 1/2 cups almond flour
+ 1/2 cup maple syrup (or Lakanto maple syrup)
+ 1/2 - 3/4 cup coconut sugar
+ 1 tbsp apple sauce
+ 1/2 tsp baking soda
+ 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
+ 1 tbsp chia seeds
+ 1 Hu Dark Chocolate Cashew Butter Bar
+ 1 cup nut or seed butter (I like cashew)
+ Salt flakes (for topping)

Caramel sauce:
+ 1 part melted coconut butter (I used about 1/3 cup for this recipe)⁣
+ 1 part maple syrup (same as coco butter)⁣
+ 1 tsp vanilla extract⁣
+ Pinch of salt ⁣


1. Combine all ingredients; extra points if you can refrigerate dough for 30 mins before baking

2. Roll into about 7 balls and flatten into patties about 1/3 inch thick; place on cookie sheet

3. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until starting to brown

4. When you remove the cookies from the oven, press the middle down and pour a spoonful of caramel in; add chocolate and let sit (chocolate will melt in sauce)⁣

5 .Once cooled a bit, swirl the chocolate around and voila
