Cashew Caramel Oats

Breakfast has become by far my favorite meal of the day, with lunch being in absolute last place, like breakfast – dinner – dessert – snacks – lunch. So, if you love breakfast as much as I do, then you’ll love this oatmeal (seen here)! What’s your favorite meal of the day?

Ingredients

+ 1/2 cup oats
+ 1/2 cup water
+ 1/2 cup nut milk
+ 1 tsp maca
+ 1tbsp chia seeds
+ Cashew butter
+ Banana, blueberries, cashews, hemp seeds and honey (or whatever toppings you like)

Instructions

1. Combine the oats, water, nut milk, maca and chia seeds and bring to a boil.

2. Simmer and sir until the oats have thickened.

3. Stir in a scoop of cashew butter.

4. Top with another scoop of cashew butter, banana, blueberries, cashews, hemp seeds and honey (or whatever toppings you prefer). Enjoy!
