+ 1.5 cups granola of choice
+ 1/2 cup crushed cashews
+ 1/4 cup puffed rice cereal
+ 1/4 cup dried cranberries
+ 1/3 cup almond butter
+ 2/3 cup maple syrup
+ Chocolate of choice (I used about 1-1.5 cup Hu Gems)
+ Coconut oil to grease pot for melting chocolate
+ Salt to taste
1. Preheat oven to 325˚ Fahrenheit.
2. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. Thoroughly mix together almond butter and maple syrup.
4. Pour over dry mixture and blend well, then pour into a parchment paper lined loaf pan.
5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until VERY lightly toasted.
6. Grease a small pot with a little coconut oil and melt chocolate over low heat then pour over granola - add a sprinkle of flaked salt.
7. Put in fridge until chocolate is hard, then remove from pan and cut into desired size. Store in fridge!
