Chia Pancakes

My favorite chia pancakes got a major upgrade using Ancient Nutrition vanilla bone broth protein. I make these all the time and honestly can’t believe I’ve never done this before now! The combo of healthy fats, with the protein, keeps me full all morning. ⁣

Ingredients

+ 2 cups almond flour ⁣⁣
+ 4 eggs⁣⁣
+ 1-2 scoops Ancient Nutrition vanilla bone broth protein⁣
+ 1/4 cup coconut oil⁣⁣
+ 1/4 cup water⁣⁣
+ 1/4 cup chia seeds (optional)⁣⁣
+ 2 tbsp vanilla ⁣⁣
+ 1/2 tsp salt⁣⁣
+ 1-2 tsp monk fruit extract (you could also add 2-4 tbsp syrup or coconut sugar depending on how sweet you like your pancakes)⁣⁣

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients and stir until smooth⁣⁣

2. Pour over preheated greased pan ⁣⁣

3. Cook until lightly browned on each side⁣

4. ⁣I topped with some coconut yogurt, berries and syrup
