Cinnamon Toast Crunch

Gluten free, refined sugar free cinnamon toast crunch! This was my favorite growing up and I’ve been craving it soo here we are!⁣⁣⁣


+ 1.5 cups almond flour ⁣⁣⁣
+ 3/4 cup coconut sugar ⁣⁣⁣
+ 1 egg⁣⁣⁣
+ 2 tbsp ghee or coconut oil (ghee really makes it taste authentic though)⁣⁣⁣
+ 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional but gives a nice crunch)⁣⁣⁣
+ 1 tbsp cinnamon
+ 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
+ Pinch of salt
+ Water


1. Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit
2. Combine dry ingredients first, then add in wet ingredients; you may need to add a tsp water to get the dough to really mix⁣⁣⁣
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and roll dough into strips, about 2-3 inches wide⁣⁣⁣
4. Flatten to about 1/8” (result should be as long as the width of the baking sheet and a few inches wide)⁣⁣⁣
5. Use a sharp knife to cut lines where you will break the pieces apart⁣⁣⁣
6. Bake for about 8-10 minutes, checking periodically⁣⁣⁣
7. Once they are starting to rise a bit, remove from oven and flatten again! I just placed a paper towel on top and gently pressed down⁣⁣
8. Dust with additional coconut sugar ⁣⁣⁣
9. Return to oven until they start to brown ⁣⁣⁣
10. Remove, let cool and enjoy!
