Fluffy Chia Pancakes

I’m back with more chia deliciousness! Pancakes sans eggs can be tricky but these babies are fluffy, rich, the perfect amount of sweet and savory and just plain delectable. Load with your favorite toppings or even add some to the mix; they are thick and can withstand some extra ingredients thrown in there. As usual these are free of gluten, dairy and refined sugar. Enjoy!
