I’m going to go ahead and say that EVERYBODY needs frozen adaptogenic “hot cocoa” in their lives, don’t you agree? Especially topped with all the goodies. I love indulging in the holiday spirit with this concoction! (I just threw stuff together, measurements aren’t exact.)

Frozen Adaptogenic Hot Cocoa
Ingredients
+ 1 cup heavy milk of choice (I used hemp for creaminess)
+ 2-3 handfuls of ice
+ 1/2 frozen banana (optional – I used it for thickness)
+ 3 hot chocolate packets (I used Four Sigmatic)
+ Evolved Chocolate caramel cups and cacao nibs for toppings (optional)
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to blender; blend until creamy
2. Add toppings of choice and ENJOY!
