Gluten-Free & Refined Sugar-Free Cinnamon Sugar Donuts

I made these gluten-free, refined sugar-free donuts with a 2 ingredient caramel cause and they were so easy and SO delicious! Even my real-donut loving partner couldn’t get enough of these. Here’s a reel on how I mad them. Enjoy!

Ingredients

+ 1 cup almond flour ⁣
+ 2 tbsp coconut flour ⁣
+ 2 eggs ⁣
+ 1/4 cup maple syrup⁣
+ 1 tsp baking soda ⁣
+ 1 tsp vanilla ⁣
+ 1/4 cup coconut sugar ⁣
+ 1 tbsp cinnamon ⁣

GLAZE:⁣
+ 1/4 cup creamy almond butter ⁣
+ 1/4 cup maple syrup ⁣

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350˚ Fahrenheit. ⁣
2. Combine all donut ingredients and mix thoroughly.⁣
3. Lightly grease a donut pan and spoon dough into molds, filling each to the top. ⁣
4. Bake for 10 minutes or until donuts have risen and are lightly browned. ⁣
5. Remove, let cool and then flip pan upside down to get donuts out. ⁣
6. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar (you can brush lightly with coconut oil or ghee to make it easier to adhere)⁣.
7. Optional but recommended - add to air fryer at 400˚ for 3-4 minutes to get outside slightly crispy.
8. Separately, combine almond butter and syrup for glaze and either spoon it over donuts or use for dipping!
