High-Protein Chia Overnight Oats

I’m allll about making things easier for myself especially in the morning. I’ve been making these High Protein Chia Overnight Oats on repeat lately. They are so simple to make and boom… breakfast is ready when you wake up! I love starting my mornings with a high-protein breakfast and I’ve been spending a lot of time in the kitchen working on new quick and easy recipes for you guys.

Ingredients

+ 1 container Culina plain yogurt

+ 1 cup milk of choice

+ 4 tbsp chia seeds

+ 2/3 (ish) cup of oats

+ 1 packet of Truvani vanilla protein powder

Optional: add cinnamon & vanilla

Instructions

1. Combine all the ingredients & refrigerate overnight

2. The following morning, top with granola and berries (or any fruit of your choice)

3. Enjoy!
