High-Protein, Dairy-Free Viral Yogurt Cup

I made a healthier version of the viral yogurt cup and it tastes like cheesecake! With that chocolate shell, pistachios and flaky sea salt it’s chef’s kiss! Plus, it takes 15 minutes to make and could not be easier!⁣ Here’s a video for exactly how I made it. Enjoy!

Ingredients

+ 1 cup yogurt (I used plain Culina Yogurt)
+ 1 scoop vanilla protein powder ⁣
+ 1 spoonful almond (or peanut) butter ⁣
+ 1/2 Hu Kitchen chocolate bar but you could use any kind ⁣
+ Handful of pistachios, crushed ⁣
+ Pinch of sea salt ⁣

Instructions

1. Combine yogurt and protein powder and put in a ramekin.⁣
2. Add a thin layer of nut butter on top.⁣
3. Melt chocolate (I just microwaved for :90 seconds)⁣.
4. Add pistachios and salt ⁣to the top.
5. Place in freezer for 10 minutes. Remove, crack and enjoy!
