+ 2 blocks (14oz) firm tofu
+ 1/4 cup nut milk
+ 1/2-3/4 cup nutritional yeast
+ 1 tsp smoked paprika
+ Lots of salt to taste (it’ll bring out the cheesy/nutty flavor of the yeast)
+ Pasta of choice
+ Veggies of choice
1. Cook pasta and roast your veggies.
2. Add sauce ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy.
3. Pour over hot pasta or add to pot of cooked, drained pasta if you want to get the sauce hot too. Enjoy!
