High Protein Vegan Cheesy Pasta

This high protein vegan cheesy pasta is my go-to when I want something warm and comforting. I eyeball the measurements so just adjust to your liking, you can’t really go wrong! ⁣Here’s a video on exactly how I make this pasta.


+ 2 blocks (14oz) firm tofu ⁣
+ 1/4 cup nut milk ⁣
+ 1/2-3/4 cup nutritional yeast ⁣
+ 1 tsp smoked paprika ⁣
+ Lots of salt to taste (it’ll bring out the cheesy/nutty flavor of the yeast)⁣
+ Pasta of choice⁣
+ Veggies of choice ⁣


1. Cook pasta and roast your veggies.
2. Add sauce ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy.
3. Pour over hot pasta or add to pot of cooked, drained pasta if you want to get the sauce hot too. Enjoy!
