Overnight oats are one of my favorite ways to prep breakfast when I have a busy week. Here’s a video on exactly how I make mine.
+ 3/4 cup rolled oats
+ 1 cup nut milk
+ Chia seeds
+ Hemp seeds
+ Cocoa nibs
+ Almond butter
+ Protein powder (optional)
+ Maple syrup or honey for a little sweetness (optional)
1. Combine the oats and nut milk.
2. Top with chia and hemp seeds, berries, cocoa nibs, almond butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and whatever toppings you like.
3. Refrigerate overnight and breakfast is ready on the go!
