My 3 Step Routine to De-Puff in the Morning

My morning routine is argueably my favorite part of the day… So I thought I’d share my 3 steps to de-puff and smooth lines in the morning. I’ve included one MAJOR STEP (which has been a total game changer) that I left out of my routine until recently. These basics take 10 minutes and get the job done! Scalp Massage & Scalp Gua Sha

This has totally changed the game for me. @noyskincare said if you’re skipping your scalp then you’re missing a step. This was me. I was focusing on my forehead and the tension in my facial lines without releasing the tension in my scalp first. It feels soooo good and has eliminated so much of my face scrunching and eyebrow raising when I’m working, working out, drying my hair, etc…


Gua Sha

This is an obvious one as it helps to de-puff and drain. I always start at my neck and chest, then work my way up my face!

Cupping

I’m still working on this step but anytime I include it in my morning routine, I notice instant plumping and blood flow once I’ve gently drained my face of the morning puff with my gua sha. This gives me a nice glow and flush – just be VERY GENTLE! It looks like I’m suctioning hard in this video but there is barely any pull and I hold skin taut so it is not tugging.
