My 40 Year Old Glass Skin Routine

Over the years, I’ve refined my glass skin routine into something that not only leaves my skin glowing, but also gives me a few quiet moments to slow down. Sure, I could simplify it and cut a few steps—but honestly, where’s the fun in that? Keep scrolling for a full breakdown of the products I’ve been loving lately.

My Glass Skin Routine

Step 1: Cleanse with the Elemis Cleansing Balm

This is hands down the best for melting off makeup and sunscreen at the end of the day. It leaves my skin feeling clean but still soft.

Step 2: Double cleanse with the Jan Marini Bioglycolic Face Cleanser

I always follow up with this second cleanse to make sure every trace of oil and debris is gone.

Steps 3 & 4: My own products (coming soon!)

I’m so excited about these — they’ve been in the works for a while. Stay tuned for more details!

Step 5: iS Clinical Youth Eye Complex

    Super lightweight and hydrating.

Step 6: Jan Marini Age Intervention Duality (Retinol and Benzoyl Peroxide for anti-aging and acne)

Definitely one of my secret weapons for maintaining smooth, even texture.

Step 7: Shani Darden Plumping Serum

    Hydrates deeply without feeling heavy.

Step 8: Jan Marini Transformation Cream

I finish everything off with this silky moisturizer that locks it all in. It’s rich but not greasy, and it leaves my skin feeling perfectly smooth and dewy.
