You asked so I had to provide… here’s my beauty routine as a 39 year old who had to break up with Botox.
Daily:
My morning and nighttime skincare routines (which I have a whole dedicated blog post to here with a full list of the products I use).
Weekly:
Face tape 3 nights a week (for 5 minutes) — Here is a link to my holy grail Japanese face tape.
Red/NIR light 3-4 times a week (for 10 minutes) — I have this red light therapy mask and love to put it on when I’m reading or unwinding at the end of a long day.
Massage, facial cupping or gua sha 3 times a week .. if i remember (for 10 minutes).
Monthly:
I’m all for getting professional facial massages when possible + if I can squeeze it in!
Microneeding — This is something I want to start incorporating monthly. I’ve only done it once before but aim to start adding more peels + microneedling in 2025.
Yearly:
1 or 2 lasers a year — For the face, I usually do fraxel or fraxel dual — for my body, I like to do IPL followed by fraxel on my chest.
Every Few Years:
Interventional Procedures — I had a skin pinch in 2023 and absolutely loved the results.
