My Favorite Vegan Protein Sauce

My favorite way to add a little protein to a plant-based meal/bowl is by adding this sauce (seen here)! You can adjust this to your liking with extra spices, nutritional yeast, whatever makes you happy!


+ 16oz tofu (I used firm)⁣
+ 3 tbsp plant-based milk of choice ⁣
+ 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
+ 1/4 tsp garlic salt ⁣
+ Squeeze of lemon juice ⁣
+ Salt and pepper to taste


1. Blend together and that’s it! I love adding it to a veggie/rice bowl. Enjoy!
