My Go-To Veggie & Rice Bowl

This is my go-to bowl lately which you can see here. You can really add anything you’d like here, I just love this flavor combo and the sauce is so good! Really any rice/veggie/protein would work.

Ingredients

+ 1 cup rice
+ 1 egg
+ 1/2 cup broccoli
+ 1/2 avocado
+ Seaweed snacks, sliced
+ Green onion
+ Sauce (I used Fly by Jing crunchy chili sauce)

Instructions

1. Just cook everything and add it to a bowl!
2. I roasted my broccoli to get it crispy and did the egg over high heat to get the edges nice and crispy too.
3. Enjoy!
