My 3 steps to de-puff and smooth lines in the morning ☀️ including one MAJOR STEP - total game changer - that I left out until recently 😅 I can get wayyy more detailed with my routine but these basics take 10 minutes and get the job done! Let me knew if you want a more specific routine with all my tips and tricks!

💖 scalp massage and scalp gua sha: this has totally changed the game for me. @noyskincare said if you’re slipping your scalp you’re missing a step. This was me. I was focusing on forehead and facial lines and tension without releasing that tension first. It feels soooo good and has eliminated so much of my face scrunching and eyebrow raising when I’m working, working out, drying my hair etc.

💖 gua sha: this is an obvious one as it helps to depuff and drain. I showed it out of order in this video because I was half asleep 😴 I start at my neck/chest and work my way up

💖 cupping! Still working on this but I notice instant plumping and blood flow once I’ve gently drained my face of the morning puff with gua sha. This gives me a nice glow and flush - just be VERY GENTLE! It looks like I’m suctioning hard but there is barely any pull and I hold skin taut so it is not tugging
