not the most aesthetic video here but 💁🏼‍♀️ I’m allll about making things easier for myself especially in the morning. These high protein chia overnight oats are so simple to make and then boom breakfast is ready when you wake up!

I don’t measure but it’s roughly:

1 container plain @culinayogurt
1 cup milk of choice
4 tbsp chia seeds
2/3 ish cup oats
1 packet @truvani vanilla protein powder
optional to add cinnamon & vanilla

Combine all the ingredients & refrigerate overnight
In the morning I add berries and homemade granola!

genetics definitely play a role in our skin, there’s no denying that! That said, skincare completely changed my skin for the better 🧼

➡️ Prior to 2022 my skin was clear but dull and very sensitive

➡️ In 2022 I developed acne despite my very healthy lifestyle and no modifications, supplements, treatments etc helped

➡️ In August 2022 @thelafacialist started me on my current skincare routine and that (in addition to low dose Spironolactone) cleared everything up

➡️ In 2023 I stopped getting Botox and added some products to my skincare routine to really boost hydration, help with fine lines etc

➡️ 2024 skin is better than ever 💁🏼‍♀️✨

moral of the story, genetics can determine a lot of how skin presents, ages etc. but the right skincare can absolutely make a difference 💓
