The Blonde Files Eats: Cookbook Breakdown

When I launched my first cookbook yesterday, The Blonde Files Eats, I received a number of questions regarding the contents of the book and how vegan friendly it is. Below is a list of all the recipes, with information on how to modify to make them vegan. As you will see there are only a handful that are solely animal protein based, and many of the recipes that contain animal products are very easily modifiable.
