I’m sharing the in-office treatments I actually swear by for keeping my skin its healthiest, glowiest ever—plus the realistic schedule I follow to space everything out without overdoing it.
Daily: Skincare!
Skincare is the foundation. If you’re not supporting your skin daily, none of these other things will produce great results. Skincare is #1!
A few times a week: Facial massage & gua sha
It helps with puffiness, and because I move my face a lot in my sleep, I use face tape to keep those overnight lines from forming.
Monthly: Facials
Realistically, I only do them once a quarter—but I’m determined to get consistent! Professional massages fall into this category as well, and I especially love them for reducing puffiness and for buccal work to help with TMJ relief.
Before an event: Something like a remodeling facial
I’ve only done it once—years ago?! Now that I’m in my 40’s, I may do it more often.
Quarterly: Microneedling or something collagen-stimulating
Definitely one of my secret weapons for maintaining smooth, even texture.
Annually: Laser
I haven’t done a full-face treatment since 2023 because I haven’t needed to (and I’m being very careful with these), but I’m planning to tackle some sun damage this year with something light, like a CoolPeel.
