Turkey Meatballs

Travel, holiday parties, and eating out nonstop have left me feeling less than optimal and craving home-cooked food. Here’s a quick video showing how I make my super easy turkey meatballs, along with a few other dishes I’ve been meal prepping lately. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients

+ Ground turkey (or chicken or beef, if you prefer)
+ Salt
+ Pepper
+ Any additional herbs or spices of your choice (I use garlic powder)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Season the meat with salt, pepper, and any desired herbs or spices.

3. Roll the mixture into evenly sized balls.

4. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned around the edges.
