Turkey Meatballs

Travel, holiday parties, and eating out nonstop have left me feeling less than optimal and craving home-cooked food. Here’s a quick video showing how I make my super easy turkey meatballs, along with a few other dishes I’ve been meal prepping lately. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients

+ Ground turkey (or chicken or beef, if you prefer)
+ Salt
+ Pepper
+ Any additional herbs or spices of your choice (I use garlic powder & thyme)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Season the meat with salt, pepper, and any desired herbs or spices.

3. Roll the mixture into evenly sized balls.

4. Lightly grease a skillet with oil and heat over medium.

5. Once hot, add the meatballs and cook until brown on one side and cooked about halfway through (3-5ish minutes) and cook on the other side (should take less time).

6. When both sides are brown, cover and remove from heat for 5 minutes to make sure the sides cook as well.

7. I’m loving these with rice, greens, olives and feta lately!
