Vanilla Chai Cinnamon Bun 1 Minute Mug Cake

VANILLA CHAI CINNAMON BUN 1 MINUTE MUG CAKE. Sorry for yelling but it’s my new favorite!! If you’re over chocolate or you want to switch up your dessert and get some collagen protein – and ashwagandha and magnesium – this is for you!⁣


+ 3 tbsp coconut flour⁣
+ 1 egg
+ 1 scoop Ancient Nutrition vanilla chai collagen protein
+ 1 tbsp coconut oil
+ 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (I used coconut sugar)
+ 1/4 tsp baking powder
+ 1 tsp milk of choice (I used hemp)⁣
+ 1 tsp cinnamon⁣
+ Optional: vanilla extract, pinch of salt, chocolate chipsFor frosting:⁣ dairy free cream cheese (or coconut oil/butter) and maple syrup (just combine until you get the flavor you want)⁣


1. Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly⁣

2. Add egg and mix

3. Microwave for 1 minute (if it's not cooked through just continue at 30 second intervals)

4. Glaze and enjoy!
