Blondies over brownies, amirite or am I biased? Once you make these VEGAN, GF blondies I promise you’ll never go back.
+ 1 cup oat flour
+ 1/2 cup GF baking flour
+ 1 cup coconut sugar (you can reduce and still get great flavor, I made them with 3/4 too)
+ 1/2 tsp baking powder
+ 1/2 cup peanut butter
+ 1/2 cup dairy-free milk (I used hemp)
+ 1/4 cup coconut oil
+ 1 tbsp vanilla extract
+ Chocolate chips (I used Hu Kitchen gems)
+ Salt to taste
1. Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit
2. Combine all dry ingredients until completely blended, then add wet ingredients; stir well
3. Fold in chocolate chips at the end
4. Add to a 9x5 pan, ensuring it’s all even
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes (some ovens may need more)
6. Remove, let cool & enjoy!
