High protein, dairy free viral yogurt cup 😱 this tastes like cheesecake and with that chocolate shell, pistachios and flaky sea salt it’s just 👩🏼‍🍳😘🤌🏻 plus it takes 15 minutes to make and could not be easier!⁣

Ingredients: ⁣
⁣
1 cup yogurt (I used @culinayogurt plain, so thicc)⁣
1 scoop vanilla protein powder ⁣
1 spoonful almond (or peanut) butter ⁣
1/2 @hukitchen chocolate bar but you could use any kind ⁣
Handful of pistachios, crushed ⁣
Pinch of sea salt ⁣
⁣
Directions:⁣
⁣
Combine yogurt and protein powder and put in a ramekin ⁣
Add a thin layer of nut butter on top ⁣
Melt chocolate (I just microwaved for :90 sec)⁣
Add pistachios and salt ⁣
Place in freezer for 10 mins ⁣
Remove, crack and enjoy!

I’ve been making this creamy dairy free pesto ricotta pasta nonstop for weeks (months?) and finally got around to filming it 😅 it’s more of a method than a recipe and you can definitely put your own twist on it! ⁣

Ingredients: (estimated measurements)⁣
⁣
Pasta of choice ⁣
1 cup pesto of choice (I’m using @erewhonmarket vegan pesto)⁣
2/3 cup nutritional yeast ⁣
1/2 cup ricotta (I use @kitehillfoods )⁣
2 cups chopped kale ⁣
2 cups sliced cherry tomatoes ⁣
1 cup sliced black olives ⁣
Olive oil⁣
Salt and pepper to taste ⁣
⁣
Directions:⁣
⁣
Cook pasta ⁣
Wash kale thoroughly then chop into small pieces; massage well with olive oil ⁣
Sautee over medium heat until almost crispy & set aside ⁣
Sautee tomatoes and olives (omit if you don’t like!) over medium-low heat until soft ⁣
Add pesto and nutritional yeast to pasta and combine well⁣
Add kale, tomatoes and olives and combine well ⁣
Crumble ricotta on top and either mix or leave as is ⁣
Season with salt and pepper if desired
