Eating clean can be overwhelming; there is so much conflicting information out there about what to eat, what to avoid like the plague, what will make us lean glowing goddesses and what will inflame us, ruin our hormones and guts, skin…it’s all pretty dramatic.
So when it comes to grocery shopping and what to keep in our homes – it’s daunting. I get it.
In our house I keep plenty of healthy foods of all variety, but our fridge and pantry is pretty normal. There are lots of fresh vegetables and fruits and nuts and seeds and fish; and also ketchup and mustard and cheese and non-cheese cheese and chocolate and crackers and grains and pastas. Eating clean doesn’t have to feel rigid or impractical.
