15-Minute Salmon Bowl

My current meal fixation are these air fryer salmon bites with bone broth rice and veggies. They’re so easy, quick and taste incredible! The best part is you don’t even need to measure ingredients, they’re basically foolproof! Here’s a video of exactly how I make it. Enjoy!


+2 salmon filets, skin removed ⁣
+ Coconut aminos (roughly 1 cup)⁣
+ Maple syrup (roughly 1/4 cup)⁣
+ Minced garlic (around 2 tbsp)⁣
+ Green onion and sesame seeds⁣ (optional)


1. Cut salmon into cubes.
2. In a bowl combine salmon, coconut aminos, maple syrup and garlic. ⁣
3. Let salmon marinate in the fridge for at least 20 minutes. I do an hour+ if I have time.
4. Air fry for 12 minutes at 400 degrees.⁣
5. Flip and air fry for another 3-4 minutes at 400. ⁣
6. Remove, let cool and enjoy! Top with green onion, sesame seeds, or whatever you like.
