Pumpkin Spice Yogurt Cup

That viral yogurt cup from a few months ago was my favorite thing ever so I made a pumpkin version for fall and it is amazing! It’s high in protein, vegan and decadent. You can probably get more creative than I did with flavors but the pumpkin spice was the perfect addiction for me. Here’s a reel showing how I made it. Enjoy!

Ingredients

+ 1 cup yogurt (I used plain Culina Yogurt)
+ 1 scoop vanilla protein powder⁣
+ 1 spoonful almond (or peanut) butter⁣
+ 1 tsp pumpkin spice ⁣
+ 1/2 Hu Kitchen chocolate bar (or any kind⁣)
+ Handful of pistachios, crushed⁣
+ Pinch of sea salt⁣

Instructions

1. Combine yogurt and protein powder and put in a ramekin.⁣
2. Add a thin layer of nut butter on top.⁣
3. Melt the chocolate (I just microwaved for :90 seconds)⁣.
4. Add pistachios and salt.⁣
5. Place in freezer for 10 mins.⁣
6. Remove, crack and enjoy!
