These chewy chocolate granola bar bites are definitely my new go to sweet snack or dessert! 🍫 you can really use any combination of ingredients you like for the bar and I think it would work!⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Ingredients: ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
1.5 cups granola of choice ⁣⁣
1/2 cup crushed cashews ⁣⁣
1/4 cup puffed rice cereal⁣⁣
1/4 cup dried cranberries ⁣⁣
1/3 cup almond butter ⁣⁣
2/3 cup maple syrup ⁣⁣
chocolate of choice (I used about 1 - 1.5 cup @hukitchen gems)⁣⁣
coconut oil to grease pot for melting chocolate⁣⁣
salt to taste ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Directions: ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Preheat oven to 325 Fahrenheit ⁣⁣
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl⁣⁣
Thoroughly mix together almond butter and maple syrup ⁣⁣
Pour over dry mixture and blend well, then pour into a parchment paper lined loaf pan ⁣⁣
Bake for about 15/20 minutes or until VERY lightly toasted ⁣⁣
Grease a small pot with a little coconut oil and melt chocolate over low heat then pour over granola - add a sprinkle of flaked salt ⁣⁣
Put in fridge until chocolate is hard, then remove from pan and cut into desired size ⁣⁣
Store in fridge!

gluten free refined sugar free cinnamon sugar donuts 🍩 with 2 ingredient caramel! So so easy and SO delicious, even my real-donut loving partner could t get enough of these 😆 ⁣

INGREDIENTS:⁣
⁣
1 cup almond flour ⁣
2 tbsp coconut flour ⁣
2 eggs ⁣
1/4 cup maple syrup⁣
1 tsp baking soda ⁣
1 tsp vanilla ⁣
1/4 cup coconut sugar ⁣
1 tbsp cinnamon ⁣
⁣
GLAZE:⁣
⁣
1/4 cup creamy almond butter ⁣
1/4 cup maple syrup ⁣
⁣
DIRECTIONS:⁣
⁣
Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit ⁣
Combine all donut ingredients and mix thoroughly ⁣
Lightly grease a donut pan and spoon dough into molds, filling each to the top ⁣
Bake for 10 minutes or until donuts have risen and are lightly browned ⁣
Remove, let cool and then flip pan upside down to get donuts out ⁣
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar (you can brush lightly with coconut oil or ghee to make it easier to adhere)⁣
Optional but recommended - add to air fryer at 400 degrees for 3-4 minutes to get outside slightly crispy ⁣
separately, combine almond butter and syrup for glaze and either spoon it over donuts or use for dipping!
